Billing & Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Billing

Subscriptions (Premium/Pro) are billed automatically on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. Payment will be processed 24 hours before the current period ends. You may cancel at any time via Account Settings; however, premium access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for active subscription periods or for purchased 'Connection Credits' that have been partially used. Refund requests will only be considered in the event of a technical billing error (e.g., double charge) and must be reported within 72 hours of the transaction.

3. Connection Credits

Certain premium actions, such as unlocking Shipper contacts or securing specific loads, require 'Connection Credits'. These are virtual non-refundable credits that are automatically deducted from your balance when you perform a payable action.

4. Expiration Rules

Connection Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If your account remains inactive (no login or transactions) for 6 consecutive months, any remaining credit balance may be forfeited. Expired subscriptions will revert the account to 'Basic' status.

5. Add-ons

Optional add-on features (such as 'Highlight Listing' or 'Priority Support') are billed separately as one-time purchases or recurring fees, and are not included in the base subscription price.

6. Driver vs. Carrier Charges

Billing structures vary by account type: • Drivers: Charged via credit deduction per lead or transaction. • Carriers: Charged a recurring monthly subscription fee for access to fleet management tools and the admin dashboard.
